Director of Quality

We are seeking a talented Director/Sr. Director of Quality for our retained client, a fast-growing, entrepreneurial leader in beauty and personal care.

This leader will have accountability for all product quality-related initiatives and metrics. You will own the end-to-end quality management system and processes, and will be responsible for upgrading these as the company grows. You will be the subject matter expert for your cross-functional partners, and will train them on a quality-first mindset. You will have responsibility for the supplier quality management program, including audits, corrective actions, and annual scorecards, and will lead regular quality audits and investigation of any quality-related incidents.

The successful candidate brings 7-10 years of experience in beauty, personal care, OTC, or a related industry, and is a builder of systems, culture, and teams. An agile, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be part of a high-growth, fast-paced organization is critical.
