Director of Property Management - Class A Office

Our Client is an actively growing developer/owner/operator of class A commercial properties, nationally. With a heavy focus in Charlotte, North Carolina, they are looking to hire an experienced Director of Property Management to:

> Ensure excellent customer service.

> Mentor and develop future property management leaders in the organization.

> Develop and implement strategically oriented initiatives in areas such as, customer experience, operational efficiency, cost management and portfolio financial performance.

> Collaborate with various internal departmental leaders to creatively address challenges and provide solutions.

> Support leasing and marketing initiatives throughout the portfolio.

> Prepare and present major change recommendations to the EVP

> Foster ownership communication related to portfolio needs and performance.

This is a key position for our Client and they are looking for an experienced Director of PM, so candidate must currently be in a Director level position, or above. Candidate must also have extensive experience in commercial properties.
