Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager in Color Cosmetics and Skin Care at Cosmetic Group USA, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the development of color cosmetics and skin care products. They will oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Product Development Manager will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in R&D product development for the cosmetics and/or skin care industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching color cosmetics and skin care products
• Strong understanding of color cosmetics and skin care theory and formulation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and trends in the cosmetics industry
• Experience managing a team of product development professionals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
