We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead the development of our new vertical product line from inception to commercialization success. As a seasoned technical product manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy for disruptive autonomous AI systems and services in traditional infrastructure services industries such as pest control, environmental management, and pipeline inspections. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with vertical customers, guiding and incubating their journey toward widespread adoption of digital products and services within their respective industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for our disruptive autonomous AI systems and services in traditional infrastructure services industries
  • Collaborate closely with vertical customers to incubate and guide them toward large-scale digital product and service adoption, driving industry-wide transformation
  • Take radical product ownership and motivate our cross-disciplinary engineering team to deliver high-value, high-quality products while building strong customer trust through intentional listening and prioritization
  • Apply critical product thinking and ruthless prioritization to ensure the development of true prioritized Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that meet customer needs and drive long-term recurring revenue
  • Drive clarity and alignment by defining clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and outcome-driven objectives & metrics, maximizing both product and customer outcomes
  • Partner closely with design and engineering teams, doing whatever it takes to deliver a high-quality AI product in the field with compelling value propositions
  • Identify and define additional AI intelligent applications as upsell opportunities, leveraging the unlocked physical world data from the initial product deployment


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product experience in a tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise software and hardware
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
  • Proven track record as a technical product leader shipping products at scale
  • Extensive experience managing the global launch of hardware and software products
  • Demonstrated ability to take radical ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver true prioritized MVPs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, motivating cross-functional teams and building customer trust
  • Strong design skill and a proven record of working with UX to work out complex design problems
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong data analytics skills. The ability to construct complex analysis in order to answer important product questions
  • Previous start-up experience and a go-getter attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Optional: MBA or equivalent business degrees
  • Optional: Experience working on complex industrial or enterprise products
  • Optional: Previous experience in startup or true 0-1 team within a FAANG company
  • Optional: Good understanding of AI/ML solution products and use cases
