Director of Portfolio Management (CRE Debt & Equity)

LHH is working with an internationally renown Commercial Real Estate firm on a Director of Portfolio Management search. The ideal candidate needs to have proven track record in structured finance, securitization, and modeling within real estate investment banking, private equity, or similar experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and enhance cash flow analytics models for both fixed and floating-rate debt scenarios to project portfolio performance
• Model debt, equity, preferred equity, and other investment activities across funds and separate accounts
• Provide analytic guidance to inform asset and portfolio decisions (valuations, deal structuring, and deal optimization)
• Develop hold sell and valuation analyses to evaluate assets and portfolios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the cross-department analytics team to ensure optimal deal terms and effective risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or other related business degree
• CFA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience specifically modeling commercial mortgages
• 7+ years of experience modeling portfolio cash flows
• Proficient in ARGUS
• Proficient in Excel
