We are currently partnered with a super exciting EV charging company who are looking to bring on a director of operations.

They specialize in DC Fast charging solutions for Hotels, Multi Family and Mixed-Use properties.

The company offers Charging as a Service (CaaS) for property owners and property management. Their subscription-based model is ideal for teams looking to outsource the installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of EV charging amenities for their multifamily residences.

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in managing contractors, building relationships with contractors and processes to validate the work that is being done. Have a good operational leadership background in managing teams, operations, and overseeing the day to day tasking.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution for timely, budget-friendly, and customer-satisfactory results.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop high-performance teams and streamline processes.
• Minimize risks, ensure financial performance, and prioritize safety and quality.

Requirements:

Must currently or have worked at Tesla within the past 3 years

• Proven track record in operational excellence and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge in the EV market preferably EV charging at Tesla.
• Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in EV space.
