Primarily Remote (Work from Home)

<25% travel

New England preferred


Position Summary:

The Director of Operations at HealthHelper is a key role responsible for interfacing with our clients and our care coordination teams to ensure the delivery of high-value and efficient services. This role oversees the management of our team of Care Outreach Coordinators and maintains productive relationships with client accounts to help prioritize initiatives. In addition, this role plays an integral part in helping HealthHelper improve its services, and technology platform, and develop new product offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer relationships with the support of the CEO and CPO.
  • Monitor and drive performance against targets.
  • Enhance productivity/effectiveness of Care Outreach Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with Lead Coordinators for the monthly and quarterly review of client-facing partnership performance reports.
  • Co-develop and manage the monthly and annual calendar of activities with the Lead Coordinator.
  • Hire, train, and retain Care Outreach Coordinators.
  • Assist implementations with new clients
  • Analyze operational data to optimize workflows, and identify automation opportunities with the product team.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop new campaigns and innovative products/offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least 5 years of experience in population health and quality work.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing service teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in primary care setting.
  • Proven track record in customer success management. 


Key Skills / Characteristics:

  • Highly organized and analytical with workflows.
  • Proficient at documenting workflows and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Versatile and adaptable, capable of performing a broad range of tasks ("broad athlete").
  • Comfortable organizing and manipulating data in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in population health.
  • Clinical knowledge is a major plus!
