Director of Operations

Ferretti Search is seeking a Director of Operations to guide operational activities for a leading property management firm.

Only candidates with Property Management / Hospitality experience can be considered.

Position: Director of Operations

Location: Houston or Dallas, TX preferred although candidates throughout Texas can be considered.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + 20% Bonus. Potential flex for an outstanding candidate.

Schedule: When not traveling 50% of the time, this role is Hybrid - WFH Mon/Fri and On-site Tues/Weds/Thurs.

• Strategic Management: Oversee the strategic and operational performance of properties, including direct supervision of key operational managers.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the annual budgets and financial reports, ensuring profitability and financial health.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead a team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
