What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective operational processes across all departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to continually improve client experiences and satisfaction rates
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of 16 professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and market disruption
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to streamline processes
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to drive service enhancements and innovation

Experience You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably as a director or a head of a department
  • Experience in Insurance / Operations / 5 Star hospitality / or other industries as long as you have experience to operate at a 5-star level
  • Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams with a focus on operational excellence, cultural alignment, and accountability
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
