Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the nutrition services department
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition research and practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans
- Supervise and support a team of nutrition professionals
- Provide education and counseling to patients on proper nutrition practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition services
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nutrition services or a related field
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nutrition services
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
