Our client is a Private Equity Backed leader in high end building materials and home products.
We are looking for a Director of Inside Sales to lead the team internally.
Primary Responsibilities – Sales & Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet and/or exceed the Company’s annual sales and profit objectives.
- Manage and develop the inside Sales Team. Train staff to upsell and to nurture
- “customers for life.”
- Oversee and assist with structuring the Company’s sales force
- analyzing the organizational chart/culture
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for the sales organization.
- Utilize Sales Reporting Dashboards in Salesforce
- Report on KPIs and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
