Director of Global Services

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Director of Global Services to manage the global EAP product of the company. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, but will also work closely with CuraLinc's Sales and Client Success teams to help expand CuraLinc's global book of business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Every Facet of CuraLinc's Global EAP Product
• Makes Strategic Recommendations for Expanding and Enhancing CuraLinc's Global EAP Services
• Manages CuraLinc's Global EAP Vendor(s) to Ensure Quality, Consistency of Service Delivery and Operational and Financial Efficiency
• Acts as the Primary Liaison Between CuraLinc's Internal Teams (Sales and Client Success) and CuraLinc's Global EAP Vendor(s)
• Participates in all Global EAP Implementations as a Subject Matter Expert
• Supports Sales in all New Global EAP Opportunities (RFPs, Finalist Presentations, Etc.)
• Leads Client Success in all Global Upsell Opportunities
• Monitor Competitive Landscape, Identify Market Trends and Identify Opportunities to Strengthen Market Positioning

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA Required
• Project Management Skills and Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Sound Organizational Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Financial Acumen
• Ability to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Prior EAP Experience a Plus
• Prior Account Services Experience a Plus
