Brain Balance is a non-medical, personalized program designed to help kids who struggle with developmental and  learning challenges. Based on scientists’ understanding of how the brain develops, the program goes above and  beyond the more traditional, mainstream approaches to help get to the root of a child’s challenges, bringing  meaningful change for kids and their families. Over the past 10 years, this program has helped more than 50,000  families across the nation create a brighter path for their future. 


With 72 current franchises in the US, Brain Balance is looking to expand its national footprint. We are looking for an  experienced, self-driven, hands-on franchise sales professional. You will be the principal driver of our mission to expand our network of Brain Balance Centers across the country.  


Position Responsibilities:  

∙ Hands on salesperson responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead outreach to completion of the sale of a Brain Balance Franchise(s) 

Manages the execution of lead generation and qualification activities, including responses to potential franchisee candidate inquiries. Oversees the communication and tracking of all inquiries and applicant documentation. 

Creates and maintains a robust pipeline of diverse, pre-approved candidates throughout the year. Assesses a  candidate's ability to meet the Brain Balance franchise recruiting standards and understands each  candidate's buying preferences and purchase cycles. 

Manages franchising sales process from inquiry generation to completed sale. Ensures timely and efficient  management of the process, exhibits a clear knowledge of the FDD, oversees the sales documentation  process, and ensures cross team collaboration to complete the various sales stages. 

Collaborates with cross functional partners to identify growth opportunities, across the Brain Balance  franchise landscape, in order to drive net new units. 

  Creates and manages the Brain Balance franchise recruiting database and reports. This includes, but is not  limited to, candidate profile information, sales pipeline stages and status, applicant documentation tracking,  candidate approval status, number of candidates in the Brain Balance sales pipeline, and YTD sales closed. 

Collaborates with Operations, Marketing and external vendors, to create franchise recruiting marketing  collateral used in various marketing channels. Aid in Building & maintaining the Brain Balance franchise  recruiting website. Creates and manages digital and mobile franchise recruiting campaigns driving leads to  the franchise recruiting website. 

Represents Brain Balance Franchise Recruitment, during select tradeshows/industry events, and provides detailed information about current and future franchise opportunities. Organizes franchise recruiting  speaking engagements, meetings and one on one sessions, during industry events, to drive new recruiting  leads into the sales pipeline. 


FACTORS OF SUCCESS NECESSARY: 

Required: 

∙ Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred; or, in lieu of  degree, relevant field/work experience required 

∙ 5+ years of experience with proven past results in franchise sales 

∙ Experience and success in selling high value, long lead time business to business or business to consumer deals 

∙ Experience cold calling and building new customer relationships 

∙ Strong presentation, facilitation, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills ∙      Outstanding customer-focused account management skills 

∙ Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills 

∙ Self-motivated and driven to succeed 

∙ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Hubspot preferred
