Title: Director of Engagement

Salary: Up to $210k

Well....this is the role you've been looking for, leading stakeholder engagement for a stellar energy company, and it's 100% remote for candidates in the United States.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening relationships and fostering stakeholder participation.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Managers to ensure cohesive teamwork.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for membership growth, while tracking engagement levels.
  • Serve as the primary link between leadership and staff, offering day-to-day guidance to managers and staff
  • Oversee the strategic development and execution of membership engagement and growth plans, collaborating closely across Stakeholder Engagement workstreams. This includes managing, directing, and guiding stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Provide daily support to managers and staff leading outreach programs such as Monthly Briefings, Industry Engagement Program, Vendor Affiliate Program, GridSecCon, and GridEx.
  • Provide daily support to managers and staff involved in customer onboarding and support services, overseeing membership feedback and surveys deployment and analysis.
  • Provide daily support to managers and staff handling communications and outreach efforts, including management of the public website, social media, reports, products, and marketing cloud emails.
  • Foster strong relationships with leadership across stakeholder groups.
  • Drive external messaging efforts, participating in industry meetings and delivering presentations as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, or a similar field
  • 8+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, or customer experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience overseeing managers, teams, workstreams, and major projects.
