Leadership And Personnel Management

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and solving problems within the Emergency Services Department. You will actively participate in various committees, focusing on enhancing the patient experience and coaching and developing your subordinates.

Communication And Engagement

You will play a crucial role in communicating organizational information to staff and fostering employee engagement practices. Building strong relationships and networks will be essential in achieving departmental goals, while also identifying and mentoring potential future leaders.

Quality Assurance And Compliance

Ensuring standards of care within the emergency department and developing processes to measure compliance will be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee programs to monitor and evaluate critical aspects of care, ensuring adherence to regulatory and hospital policies for patient services and safety.

Operational Excellence

As Director, you will oversee the department's operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of quality services in alignment with policies, procedures, and professional standards. You will also support recruitment efforts to secure talented staff for the department.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for implementing an ongoing emergency services program that upholds quality patient care. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following exposure control plans and supporting the recruitment process for staffing needs.
