Summary of Duties Include: Planning, providing oversight and advancing high-quality Infant & Early Learning services provided by Greenbriar Children’s Center; develops and implements an effective TWO-GEN parent and child learning framework that is central to our programs and mission; collaborates with colleagues to advance Greenbriar’s strategic priorities resulting in a thriving and effective culture of service to our Savannah-Chatham County community; provides mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to all leadership staff; and serves as a critical member of Greenbriar’s administrative team, guided by the principles of resiliency and trauma informed care.

Work Environment: We are a multi-site location with early learning facilities located within the historic districts of Savannah, GA. Qualifications: A minimum of three to five years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Development and a passion to help children and families to thrive. Previous experience supervising and training a diverse staff ranging from GED to master’s level. Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team in a multi-site structure to include professional development and mentorship. Has some experience opening an Early Learning Center from construction to developing operational plans is desirable.
Educational Requirements: Completion of a Master’s degree program at an accredited college or university with major coursework in Early Childhood Development or similar field.
Other Requirements: CPR or First Aid Certification, to be completed within one month of the date of hire, along with completion of a successful background check prior to hire.
Salary Range: NEGOTIABLE: BASED ON EXPERIENCE
