Director of Channel Marketing

Our client, a renowned global British skincare brand, is actively looking for a Director of Channel Marketing to join their dynamic team full-time! This pivotal role is crucial for enhancing the brand's visibility and success in the competitive US market. This is fulltime role, and you must be able to work onsite in New York City 3 days per week (Tu/W/Th - non-negotiable and not flexible).

You Will:
- Collaborate with channel leads on a regular basis to ensure the successful execution of Go-To-Market strategies and priority projects
- Lead strategic brief development, channel rollout plans, drive creative excellence, and ensure maximum impact, efficiency, and alignment with Brand messaging and DNA
- Deliver marketing plans for seasonal launches and core business offerings during retailer market meetings for Sephora.com and Ulta.com
- Manage the development of briefs and ensure alignment with the Executive team to achieve relevance and impact with the target consumer
- Supervise the implementation of marketing plans, providing detailed direction for each channel and its associated assets, including timing, messaging, and creative execution
- Manage audience segmentation and customer journey mapping initiatives
- Collaborate with key business leaders across product, brand marketing, social, influencer, visual merchandising, operations, and finance to support the execution of GTM plans
- Ensure all programs are executed on-brand, within budget, and with excellence
- Contribute insights and support in formulating retail-specific strategies on Ulta.com, including launch support and seasonal calendars
- Manage a small team and oversee their work; Marketing Manager and intern
- 8+ years relevant work experience in Channel Marketing (CPG)
- Prior experience working with major luxury beauty brands (a must)
- Expert experience managing Marketing for the following channels: Brand DTC; Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Amazon (Sephora and Ulta being most important)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to tell a story and find real insights to drive business with a strong attention to detail
- Solid project management skills
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take actions before asked
- Passion for beauty industry and knowledge of skincare
- Management experience
- Start Date: ASAP
- Onsite/offsite: NYC; must be able to go onsite 3X a week (Tues-Thurs) non-negotiable and not flexible
- Reporting to: SVP of US Brand & Marketing and VP of Sales. Working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Creative, and international teams
- Salary: $150,000 - 170,000 DOE
