Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities in the biodegradable products industry.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business strategies.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and prioritize target markets and key accounts for business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
3. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including suppliers, distributors, and technology providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition of Biodegradable Future's products and services.
- Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
5. Marketing and Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Represent Biodegradable Future at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on sustainability or environmental solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of "Biodegradable Future" products.
Strong understanding of the markets in Florida, around Florida region, Caribbeans & Central America.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, offering an industry-leading 25% commission on each deal closed. With recurring orders and a growing market, the potential for earnings is unlimited.
