Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote the and drive membership, growth and retention.
- Lead membership recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with the Membership Committee to enhance the membership value proposition.
- Coach and develop a diverse team of professionals in the Marketing & Membership department, fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with members and industry stakeholders through various channels, including websites, print, email, and social media.
- Oversee the planning and execution of member meetings, maximizing engagement and utilization while meeting budget requirements.
- Supervise the efforts of the Information Technology Systems and Web Manager, ensuring data and website security and supporting staff with IT services.
- Coordinate and support industry initiatives utilizing promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to support policies and industry marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful company re-branding.
- Proven organizational and team management skills, with at least five years of supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing campaign development, testing, deployment, and analysis.
- Ability to create and manage budgets, membership programs, and drive high ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of business software.
- Must have a creative & proactive mindset and able to produce a strong portfolio
