What We Need

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Corporate Services. This role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing our organization's corporate services, encompassing contract management, credentialing, administrative support, Project Management, and facilities management functions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience, a deep understanding of corporate operations, and a proven track record of driving excellence in service delivery and compliance.


What You Will Do

1.) Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Corporate Services department, aligning goals with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of corporate services.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the department and across the organization.

2.) Contract Management:

  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, mitigating risks and optimizing contract terms.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.

3.) Credentialing and Compliance:

  • Lead the credentialing process for employees, contractors, and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain credentialing policies, procedures, and best practices, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with credentialing standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

4.) Administrative Services:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff, overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a resource for departments across the organization, providing administrative support and guidance as needed.

5.) Facilities Management

  • Oversee facilities management activities, including maintenance, security, and space planning, to ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address facilities-related issues and optimize space utilization.

6.) Project Management Oversight:

  • Establish and maintain Project Management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks to support effective project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and support to project leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely achievement of deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and resource utilization, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.


What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare or DME industry focused on corporate services, contract management, credentialing, Project/Program Management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, credentialing standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
