Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Corporate and Business Development. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all corporate and business development activities, including strategic analysis, financial analysis, project management, and business expansion. The Director will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing organic business development activities including launching new products and services and sales channels. The candidate will also be responsible for developing a proprietary acquisition pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a background in media/advertising/publishing/experiential. The candidate must have experience running M&A transactions.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, including financial analysis and market research
• Experience in corporate development and business strategy
• Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices
• Proven track record in business development and sales
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
