Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with

vision, business goals, and market trends.

 Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results driven

Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands and influencers to expand our reach and

credibility within the luxury segment.

 Digital Marketing

  • SEO and SEM: Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic to

our website.

  • Social Media: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms,

creating engaging content and fostering an active online community.

  • Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation to nurture customer

relationships and drive conversions.

  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content and reach new audiences

while maintaining brand authenticity.

  • Content Marketing: Develop a content calendar and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with

brand messaging and customer interests.

 Brand Development: Continually refine and strengthen the brand by ensuring consistent messaging,

visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing channels.

 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and

product development efforts.

 Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

 Data Analysis: Utilize data driven insights to measure and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, optimizing

strategies for maximum impact.

 Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and

Creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.

 Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, regularly reporting on marketing performance to

senior management.
