Position Overview
The Digital Content Authoring Specialist will be responsible for publishing and optimizing content across platforms, utilizing reporting tools to analyze performance metrics. They will execute SEO strategies within the platform to enhance visibility and drive engagement, ensuring content aligns with organizational objectives and audience needs.
Key Accountabilities
Content Authoring: Create, optimize and publish content for Tiffany & Co.'s website and other digital platforms. This includes product descriptions, content stories, and multimedia content, adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
SEO Execution: Implement SEO strategies to optimize Tiffany & Co.'s online content for improved search engine visibility and organic traffic. This includes keyword research, meta tag optimization, and content optimization techniques.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of online content using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or SEO, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
