Digital Content Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help manage a variety of web content related projects. The position reports to the web manager who will assign several site related initiatives including updating site content, managing the CMS, coordinating projects, executing tasks, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue building digital experience in a fast-paced environment. The position will be responsible for assisting in QA for several web and content related projects. You will have an eagle-eye for finding site improvements (grammar, spelling, visual consistency etc.).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a variety of web content projects ensuring timeliness, consistency, accuracy, spelling, grammar, etc.
• Editing and updating content on the CMS by request.
• Assisting in the completion of assigned projects.
• Communicating and coordinating with the various departments as needed.
• Test mobile and site performance.
• Assist with QA – audit, review, and fix digital related issues (e.g. web, back office, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and related work experience
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to work very well under tight and fast-paced deadlines.
• Takes the initiative - ability to work independently with little guidance.
• Excellent grammar and communication in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
• Expert understanding of how websites function.
• CMS experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Fast learner and technically adept.
• Proactive and self-motivated—capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Flexibility to work "off hours" at times to communicate with global markets.
• Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• UX/UI design experience is a plus.
• AI Integration – utilize AI to facilitate projects as needed
