Role Description

Ultra Music Festival, a world-renowned name in the music event industry, is seeking a Digital Content Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone interested in digital storytelling and event management. In this full-time, hybrid position, you'll be at the forefront of managing our digital presence across international markets.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing content on diverse CMS platforms, including WordPress and custom in-house systems, catering to various international markets.
  • Keeping event information in our global databases up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handling translations for multilingual content, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance.
  • Generating and maintaining detailed analytics reports, providing insights into user engagement and website/app performance.
  • Delivering timely reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Developing and maintaining extensive knowledge bases and FAQ sections to improve customer self-service and support.
  • Collaborating with development and marketing teams on technical enhancements and campaign testing.
  • Regularly updating web and app content, adhering to accessibility standards.
  • Creating interactive event maps using tools like MapBox and MapTiler.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital content management, ideally in the events or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, and familiarity with custom content management systems.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other web presentation technologies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset adjustments and extraction.
  • Experience processing CSV, JSON, and other structured data using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in data processing or process automation using Python, JQ, WP-CLI, and other scripting or terminal tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with navigation concepts such as menu routing, link redirection, deep-linking, and campaign attribution tracking.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies and digital analytics.
  • Experience with user analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other related platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across different time zones with international partners.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, particularly in areas relevant to the role.
  • Fluent written and verbal English proficiency is required. Fluency in additional languages, including Spanish, is preferred.
