Digital Community Manager

Position Overview:

The Social Media, Digital Community role will help expand our digital presence and engage with our community in meaningful ways. This role involves overseeing our online interactions and ensuring our community remains vibrant and supportive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our brand goals.
• Manage daily engagement across our digital platforms, including forums, social media, and other communication channels.
• Act as the voice of the brand in our community, maintaining a consistent tone and personality across all interactions.
• Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility and support.
• Create engaging content for our digital platforms, including text, video, and images.
• Organize and host online events and webinars to foster community interaction.
• Analyze community feedback and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure community feedback influences brand strategies and product developments.
• Track and report on community metrics to gauge ROI and improve engagement strategies.
• Provide crisis management assistance when necessary and escalate issues as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events).
• Experience with online community building and engagement techniques.
• High level of empathy and the ability to moderate online discussions with tact.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or relevant field.
  
  

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
