Marketing Content Manager (content audit)
Our client, a financial firm, is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to join their team 32 hours per week (M-Th) in a hybrid capacity.
In order to be considered for this role you must have prior experience performing a large scale audit of marketing collateral and creating naming conventions and folder taxonomy.
Please note: this role will be hybrid especially in the beginning but can transition to more remote work.
The client is moving their marketing content to a new DAM system and is looking for a candidate to perform a content audit and implement a new taxonomy and organization structure prior to the migration. The content is not currently housed in a asset management tool.

- Define, implement, and establish metadata, taxonomy, and asset guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments in the development and modification of digital asset workflows to improve efficiency and usage of asset management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of asset folders / file structure hierarchy
