The Digital Accounts Executive is responsible for serving existing customers through stellar customer service, monitoring social media trends, and developing and executing creative content ideas across channels to assist in the digital strategy for multiple political campaigns and clients. This role works with multiple departments across the agency to execute at a high level for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent writing skills, is detail-oriented, can juggle multiple assignments, and is able to meet deadlines. This is a client-facing role, so interpersonal communication skills are important.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms.
  • Work with the graphic design and video production team on requests and other assets for the social media.
  • Research and monitor developing social media trends.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign, and identify trends.
  • Use social media marketing and analytic tools to track campaign performance.
  • Communicate with individuals across departments to synchronize successful fundraising, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and create weekly editorial calendars
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
  • Assist with crisis and negative news communications. 
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks on an as-needed basis – including, but not limited to, website development, branding concepts, project management, identifying new client opportunities, video recording and editing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A passionate interest in politics.
  • A team player with enthusiasm who wants to work at a fast-paced and growing company.
  • Personal or professional social media experience across channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Gettr, Rumble, Parler, Truth Social, etc.
  • Deadline-driven mindset and willingness to work flexible hours during the political cycle.
  • Basic familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
