Design Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a strong creative vision to shape brand aesthetic and seasonal design strategy
• Deep study of seasonal trends specifying on curvy mid and plus size
• Lead, collaborate, design, and co-design with a cross-board(China based) dteam through all aspects of the design process
• Work with marketing team to communicate brand messaging, product features, and benefits
• Lead the Print & Color team on seasonal print & color direction and assortment.

Your Experience and Skills include:

• Deeply align and resonate with BloomChic vision, mission and values.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field and 10+ years Design experience strongly preferred.
• Self-starter, solution-oriented, resilient, adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
