Our client, a fast growing Kids Apparel Company, is looking for a Design Director - Boys to join their team in NYC!


Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs based on style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Conduct competitive research and create trend reports.
  • Lead the conceptualization of seasonal design concepts.
  • Oversee product development timelines.
  • Troubleshoot quality and technical issues.
  • Manage handoff processes and approve materials.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic and evaluate team performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in boys' sportswear design.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and Mac platforms.
