Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

What you’ll do…

• Lead the development and enhancement of forecast models based on industry trends, supporting management with risk assessments and effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies, while developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Supply Planning Manager to align production schedules with key initiatives and performance metrics.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate and address demand changes, recommending actions to maintain operational efficiencies and minimize obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations for successful product launches and discontinuations.
• Develop insightful reporting and analytics to enhance demand planning performance.
• Facilitate employee growth through effective training, development, and mentoring.

Why you’ll be successful…

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, or work equivalent;

🏆 APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (preferred)

📊 Tapping into 3-5 years of demand and/or operations planning experience, you will work within supply chain planning parameters (e.g. lead-time, service level, inventory levels, cycle-time, safety stock, forecast error)

📈 Driving continuous improvement (LEAN, Six-Sigma, etc.) in the food industry and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG)

💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel

🛠️ Showcasing systems knowledge of MRP/ERP and MPS as well as S&OP processes

📈 Proven forecasting expertise.

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills paired with analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
