POSITION OVERVIEW
Annalect is currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Technology team. In this role, you will manage the masterplans for our data engineering teams, push progress forward to meet deadlines, and liaise with non-technical stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track. You will manage schedules, influence roadmaps, help with team allocations and communication with key stakeholders and data partners. You will get a chance to work across a multi-disciplinary team of data engineers, product owners, DevOps engineers and data scientists. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget while managing risks, quality standards, and client expectations. The Delivery Manager manages the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders. They are also responsible for tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the project on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage data technology programs and delivery schedules for our data teams.
Help prioritize the tasks and plan resource allocation. Forecast potential resources required for the project.
Define milestones and success criteria and successful on-time delivery.
Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company. Reporting on progress to seniors and escalating issues when necessary.
Work with Product, Data Engineers and DevOps to help shape a high-quality data products and ensure on time delivery.
Aid in planning product development and timelines.
Work with product and partnership teams with data vendor relationships and requirements from various data users.
REQUIRES SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of project management experience
Rigorous planner and organizer. Can keep team members on task and in check and prioritize tasks as the project progresses. Leading multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of the project.
Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams. Familiarity with technical solutions and methodologies is welcome.
Functioning as the main point of contact for all technical teams, great communication in various forms to different stakeholders is critical.
Passionate about documentation. Documenting any progress made across all working components of the project, creating reports and systems to achieve the deliveries.
Empathetic team player. Ensure team members function to the best of their abilities by keeping them organized and in check.

Pay range: $91,000 to $130,000 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
