Duties:
Position is 100% onsite. Position is temp to perm.
Job Summary:
Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring procedures for data collection, data entry, reporting, records management, and other data management and quality improvement activities for five (5) service areas (departments) within the Early Head Start Program, serving approximately 300 people, including expectant families, infants, toddlers, and their parents/primary caregivers. Involves long hours daily of data entry, reporting, and records management. Assists with ensuring high quality compliance with Early Head Start Performance Regulatory standards, as well as other licensing/accreditation standards and research protocols. Works collaboratively with the Policy Council, managers, coordinators, and other staff in a family-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1). Reviews, prepares, and enters all EHS data into the computer/database in a timely and accurate manner.
2). Consistently files all EHS, and other case-related documents according to established procedures. Maintains the confidentiality and security of all participant files and documents in accordance with the guidelines established by EHS.
3). Regularly create, distribute, and monitor reports to substantiate quality of data management system to EHS Management Team and/or Director for review.
4). Assists with the recruitment and enrollment of EHS families on an ongoing basis.
5). Provide support to EHS Administrative Unit as needed.
Skills:
- Very good computer skills, including data entry, data and records
- management, basic Microsoft Excel skills and basic word processing
- using Microsoft Word required. Prefer typing 50wpm minimum
Education:
Required Education/Experience:
• High school diploma
• Three years of full-time, relevant computer and data management experience, with demonstrated skills and abilities evident to perform the duties outlined in the job description.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to problem solve and work cooperatively with a variety of people, with demonstrated flexibility and reliability evident
