Data Entry Clerk

A great UHY client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate MUST have an understanding of the German language. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting financial data into our accounting system, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established procedures.

The Data Entry Clerk position is very flexible in regards to work arrangement. This a direct client hire position.

Data Entry/Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. This includes invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial transactions.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring easy access for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Processing payments, issuing invoices, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payments and receipts.
• Comparing internal financial records with bank statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Monitoring and recording expenses incurred by the organization, categorizing them appropriately for budgeting and reporting purposes.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis or as required by management.

Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
• MUST understand German language
• Strong MS Excel skills
