Requirements For Success

2+ years’ progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred)

Workday Pro Certified (preferred)

Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets using sophisticated formulas and functionality

Problem Solving

Uses detailed logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity

Communication

Possess excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting to upper management

Priority Setting

Ability to work well under pressure, handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment

Customer Focus

Ability to work multi-functionally and handle multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines

Detail Oriented

Focus on data accuracy and system integrity

Demonstrable ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to build impactful customer solutions

Must Have Skills
