As a Customer Success Manager at DepoDirect, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by leading efforts to onboard new customers, nurture existing relationships, increase event bookings, and drive revenue growth through upselling opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building strong, long-lasting partnerships with our customers to maximize their experience and value with DepoDirect.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the setup process and providing training on DepoDirect's services and platform.

- Develop and implement strategies to nurture both new and existing customers, fostering engagement and loyalty.

- Create and execute email drip campaigns tailored to different customer segments to drive retention and increase deposition bookings.

- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing customers to maximize revenue.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals and objectives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs to track success and identify areas for improvement.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with CRM systems and email automation tools is a plus.
