Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our corporate team and deliver outstanding service to our internal stakeholders and clients. This role plays a critical part in maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees and external clients regarding inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
