Creative Content Specialist

We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist who will play a vital role in PriceSmart's creative and communication team. Their main responsibility is to create compelling narratives that resonate with our members through various channels. They should be able to craft clear and persuasive copy that strengthens the connection between our brand and our members, both online and in-store. The ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is essential for this role.

What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

• Draft original, engaging copy in English and Spanish for diverse marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Creative team, wielding your editing, proofreading, and translation skills (English & Spanish) on marketing projects.
• Partner with the Graphic Designer to manage tasks efficiently and bring ideas to life on time.
• Seamlessly connect with the team, ensuring flawless execution of concepts and adherence to brand guidelines for campaigns, brands, and special projects.
• Hit your targets and keep everyone informed with organized, readily accessible status updates.
• Infuse all your work with our unique brand personality, maintaining consistency across all materials.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Must be bilingual, with native or near-native fluency in English AND Spanish
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and research skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Analytical capacity and creative thinking.
• Result - Oriented
• Leadership, engagement, organization, responsibility, sense of urgency.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
