For Humble Group, we seek a highly entrepreneurial Country Manager to drive the introduction and expansion of some of the group’s companies in the United States. This is a great opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and innovative international FMCG group that delivers products that are good for you and the planet—transforming the FMCG industry. The first brand you’ll focus on is Pändy—developed for the snack lover with less sugar and more joy. As Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the market entry strategy, establishing distribution channels via Amazon and major CPG retailers for fast-moving consumer goods, setting up and overseeing warehouse logistics, and implementing the financial infrastructure while ensuring compliance with US regulations. With your sound commercial scale-up background in FMCG, and robust marketing and sales experience, you understand market opportunities and can translate them into actionable business plans. The right candidate for this role should be motivated to capture new lucrative business opportunities and lead this company to unprecedented growth. This position is remotely based and reports to the leadership team at the Swedish HQ. Travel of up to 30% is to be expected, mostly domestic, some international. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Spearhead the market entry strategy and execution plan for introducing Pändy, Swedish candy, and potential other brands into the U.S. market.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and take responsibility for the overall financial performance.
  • Take full ownership of establishing and managing distribution channels, including e-commerce platforms like Amazon and major CGP retailers, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with US regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the US market to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align initiatives and leverage synergies for successful market entry and expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs, iterating strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience, Education & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred
  • At least 7 years of commercial experience within the FMCG industry
  • At least 5 years of proven experience with P&L responsibility in complex business settings
  • Proven experience in successfully building and scaling modern operations.
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, including proficiency in leveraging online platforms such as Amazon for brand visibility and sales growth
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key players, including distributors, retailers, buyers, and industry influencers
  • Proven experience in distribution sales and key account management
  • Impressive business acumen and in-depth knowledge of various business functions, operations, and processes (sales & marketing, customer service, logistics, supply chain, finance)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with technology & proficient in MS Office 365 Suite and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
  • High integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in business development tasks, resulting in the best possible team performance
  • Organized, structured and detail-oriented
