Job Role/Summary

The Global Market Manager will be the leadership of vision, strategy, design and execution for the company’s global market strategy. This will include the profit and loss, market share (both growth and profit), customer experience, and the total market plan alignment to the company’s Partner and Product Strategies.

Essential & Secondary Functions

Development of financial and business models for future state outcomes that will meet and exceed corporate goals

Develop and analyze data and market trends to support future state model and product/market strategy

Communication skills to influence Executive Leadership, Customers, and the internal organization on the market vision and needs to execute future state business model. Must be able to clearly articulate in multiple settings and formats (large and small group presentations, written, PowerPoint, one on one and team meetings).

The leadership of vision, strategy, design, and execution of the Go to Market strategy and expertise in the application of business development tools

Market share growth and profit targets

Profit and loss of Market

Customer experience and market message

Market plan alignment with Partner Strategy and Product Strategy

Lead Product Management team

Global alignment plan – understanding and communication of Go To Market Strategy to Executive leadership, General Managers and Sales leaders

Competitive analysis

Analyze and use market share data to help drive decisions and direction for product offerings to customers.

Able to prepare and present a comprehensive competitive global market analysis.

Develop, grow and sustain a global product portfolio.

Develop pricing strategies for global product portfolio.

Able to create a strategy for capture of new program awards on both a long and short term basis.

Create and analyze KPIs in regards to core business functions (marketing, operations, management, and finance).

Understand and utilize technology for solving problems.

Seek out the Voice of the Customer to understand the current and future needs of the market as well as understanding the overall customer experience.

Responsible to follow and carry out corporate procedures, policies, guidelines, legal requirements, and etc.
