Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter at Unifi plays an important role in sourcing and recruiting talent across all corporate levels while also supporting Unifi’s diversity hiring initiatives. Serving as a central liaison between leadership, hiring managers, and candidates, the Corporate Recruiter ensures smooth communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting and posses strong communication skills and a keen data mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing and recruitment efforts for corporate positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings, focusing on specialized skills and backgrounds.
• Serve as a central point of contact for leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Assist with new hire onboarding including facilitating orientation sessions, completing I9 paperwork and ordering equipment.
• Assist with Unifi’s diversity hiring initiatives- veteran and refugee hiring.
• Travel to hiring events and industry conferences as needed.
• Aim for efficiency in time-to-fill metrics while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to maximize candidate engagement.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to track and maintain accurate data.
• Genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and results-oriented mindset.
• Track record of meeting recruitment targets and quotas.
