Corporate Development Lead

The Corporate Development Lead will report to the CFO and will work closely with our Chief Strategist. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to support our inorganic growth opportunities across all lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A and strategic partnerships and has experience in SaaS technology. You will support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and leading due diligence processes.

How you'll add value:

  • Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and leading due diligence processes
  • Source, research and recommend potential M&A and strategic opportunities
  • Frame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decision points for executives/stakeholders to make informed and efficient decisions
  • Conduct thorough financial models to assess a company’s valuation and synergy opportunities
  • Help develop materials and present findings and recommendations to executives and the Board
  • Understand R365’s industry, operations, products, and sales model to help evaluate opportunities in the market
  • Provide objective advice and recommendations
  • Additional duties as assigned


What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • The ideal candidate will have about 5 – 7 years of corporate development experience with prior or current experience in SaaS
  • Experience in an in-house corporate development function or a relevant role in venture capital or private equity
  • Experience working across functions to gain input and alignment including enterprise sales, product and operations teams
  • Aptitude for post-transitional project management and integration
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within and outside of Restaurant365


R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $90K-$150K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
