Position Objective

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting contract administration, including negotiation, compliance management, and document review. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a general understanding of contract law.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Review and analyze contracts for potential risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
  • Facilitate communication between parties involved in contract agreements
  • Assist in the resolution of any contract disputes or issues that may arise

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience) or higher
  • Ability to negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Consulting Agreements
  • General knowledge of contract law
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and ERP systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in document review and analysis
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement effective change management strategies
