CONTRACT NEGOTIATOR AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $100K to $130K (based upon candidate and experience)

Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced individual to join its Legal & Compliance Team as a Contract Negotiator. This role provides broad exposure to the firm's activities and offers a collaborative and engaging environment. Responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, contracts for goods and services, event-related contracts, sponsorship agreements, and engagement letters. You will also assist in related project-based work, including creating and maintaining various contract templates, training guidelines, and process documents.

We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • One to Three (1-3) years of relevant work experience and an interest in learning more about legal and commercial risks
  • No formal Legal or Contract Reviewing experience required, but it is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities required
  • Proven editing, proofreading, and project-management skills required
  • Keen attention to detail required
