Energize Cloud is working with a leading IT Consulting company and global provider of cloud technology and end-to-end software solutions. This AWS Premier Partner is looking for Contact Center experts to join their team and they're actively hiring for various positions. They launched their contact center practice less than 2 years ago and have already become a top 5 partner, they are rapidly expanding their team. If you are a self-starter and take calculated risks for the betterment of the client, this role is for you. By taking ownership for your work, you would be in a unique position to be elevated very quickly and write your own destiny in this company.


As a Solutions Architect, you'll lead clients through discovery, architecture, deployment, migration, and support operations, aiding in the modernization of their Contact Center Solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business and technical requirements and proposes solutions during project delivery.
  • Conducts workshops (presentations) to educate clients on AWS concepts and best practices.
  • Facilitates discovery and architecture discussions.
  • Resolves conflicting interests through analysis and recommendations.
  • Guides architectural decisions.
  • Advises technical and non-technical stakeholders on solutions.
  • Leads troubleshooting and resolution of technical and business challenges within the team.
  • Assists the Sales team in project scope.
  • Demonstrates a high level of ownership and care towards self, colleagues, and clients.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience architecting enterprise level Contact Center environments (Consulting experience preferred)
  • Personal Characteristics: Self-Starter, Enthusiastic Learner, Customer-Centric, Problem-Solver, Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, Comfortable engaging with technical and business leaders
  • Desired Technical Qualifications –
  • Contact Center Platforms: both Cloud and on-prem (ex. Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE)
  • Telephony experience (Avaya, Cisco, etc.)
  • Application/ Networking Troubleshooting
  • AWS Services: Amazon Connect, Pinpoint, Lex, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
