Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist
Our luxury consumer goods client is looking for a Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist to join their team through the end of 2024.
The role is 40 hours a week, though there is a part time (3 days a week) schedule option. The ideal candidate will be able to come onsite in Madison, Wi 2-3 days a week, though candidate who are willing to come onsite 1-2x per month will be considered.

The Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing and executing qualitative (25%) and quantitative (75%) research projects
- Partnering with stakeholders to review and finalize briefs
- Determining research methodologies and selecting vendor partners
- Creating and performing Qualtrics DIY surveys and analyzing data, running con-joints
- Presenting findings to key stakeholders
- Managing vendors
- 5+years of experience in marketing research / consumer insights, ideally in B2C space
- Experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (focus groups, (online mainly), attitude and usage studies, MaxDiff studies, working with vendors for conjoint analysis)
- Comfortable creating surveys and analyzing data in Qualtrics
- Brand research background including knowledge of brand health and brand lift studies, media mix modeling, BDI / CDI
- Experience managing vendors
- Comfortable with stakeholder communication and presenting findings
