Job Description

Real Estate Development company is seeking a Construction Project Manager. Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and a-z Management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Subcontractors Buy outs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management in particular office construction management
• Familiarity with construction management software Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and computer in general
• Deadline and detail-oriented
  
  

Preferably living in Norwalk area
