About the Role:

DigniFi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager with expertise in 2nd Line Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with regulatory requirements and Policies and Procedures, provides oversight of the Vendor Management and Compliance training program. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and critical thinking to maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.


What You Will Do:

2nd Line Testing

  • Conduct compliance testing to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and identify control weaknesses.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify potential compliance issues or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for Testing findings.
  • Prepare Testing reports and documentation for regulatory audits and examinations.
  • Support the Bank Partner in Bank Testing.
  • Conduct test of controls after issue closure.
  • Primary contact for Annual 3rd Party CMS Audit.
  • Regulatory test support.


Vendor Management

  • Support key stakeholders and partners in understanding relevant aspects of the Vendor Management Program oversight.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Vendor Management Program.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and communicate the Vendor Management Program’s objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Foster relationships with Vendor Manager leads to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and risk appetite.


Training and Awareness

  • Ensure compliance training is conducted by all employees and contractors and escalate past due training.
  • Develop training completion reports for leadership.


Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance-related role.
  • Experience in Compliance Testing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced FinTech environment and familiar with FinTech/Bank partnership model.
  • Knowledge of financial services compliance is preferred.

Where You Will Work:

This position is remote.


Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 a year. DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
