Description About the Role: As a Communications Coordinator at Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing digital platforms, and facilitating clear communication channels to enhance our brand presence and reputation. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals. Create and distribute compelling content across various channels, including social media, website, and newsletters. Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates and social media platforms. Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment and transparency across departments. Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including media outlets and community partners. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in a communications role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
