Job Description:

As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute communication strategies that amplify our mission and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Manage media relations, including drafting pitches, coordinating interviews, and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic outreach and thought leadership.
• Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including conferences, webinars, and community engagement activities.
• Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
